

OGOship logistics startup which was founded in 2017, has just announced it has successfully landed a €4 million pre-series A investment boost backed by Flashpoint Venture Capital and Innovestor Ventures. However, the subject startup is known as a tech-oriented logistics company that helps e-commerce businesses streamline their supply chain via its innovative platform structured to offer a fast-to-market solution.
Going forward, it will be fair to know that a 3PL partner makes it easy for companies in this sphere to outsource part, or their entire logistics coupled with warehousing. While as an e-commerce specialist, OGOship offers a sustainable opportunity to access and expand to new markets without companies needing to invest in their own warehouse space, negotiate transportation deals, or prepare for an expected need for a workforce.
As businesses seek to survive, it should be borne in mind that sustainability is practically the way forward for all businesses today, as such, the subject startup offers a multi-network of logistic hubs across European markets, which are accessible via the company’s digital platform that is proven easy to integrate with the most common e-commerce platforms on the market.

In view of this, it has been figured out that the solutions offered by the subject logistics startup enable clients’ cost of shipment to decrease by more than 40%. Yet, the speed of shipment delivery is increased by over 70% and carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by 96%. In the meantime, the subject startup works with customers from Europe and the U.S., which include names like DHL, PDP, and Budbee. While the multi-national team includes 50 staff working in 5 countries.

As the company prepares for a pan-European fulfillment network, it made clear that the latest fundraise will be used to accelerate further growth which will serve as a boost for the aforementioned European network plans.
